Adapting Fiddlehead Soup Recipe for Instant Pot: Sautéing, Cooking Time, and Thawing Questions

I have some fiddleheads in my freezer to use up, I’m seriously thinking of making fiddlehead soup in my Instant Pot.
I need a couple of answers to adapt this recipe to Instant Pot.
1 - after sautéing the veggies and adding the stock - bring it to a boil but in the Instant Pot - do I have to bring it to a boil?
2 - the recipe says to cook the fiddleheads for 5 to 6 minutes -
In the Instant Pot, how long should I set the “pressure” to cook them?
3 - the recipe says to thaw the fiddleheads- for the Instant Pot, do I need to thaw them?
Thank you in advance!

@chewy - fiddleheads are the tops of certain ferns in the wild and they look like the scroll on a fiddle. They taste a bit like a asparagus and spinach together. They are delicious. They not only grow in the Canadian maritimes but in northern Saskatchewan and Manitoba but I read some they also grow in a few northern states.
