Who Else Has Forgotten to Seal Their Instant Pot? 🙋‍♀️

you’ve ever started cooking something in your Instant Pot, walked away to let it do it’s thing, only to come back 20 min later, confused as to why the timer had not started yet only to then realize you forgot to switch it from venting to sealing…

I never vent mine and forgot that you even can do that. So I guess that's never happened to me because I always have it sealed

Put a pot of Dal Makhani on the other night, drove to the corner store. Came back, and everything was burned because there was a crack I hadn't noticed in the lid, and it won't seal anymore
