Steaming Vegetables Gone Wrong: Broccoli, Cauliflower, & Carrots Turned to Mush—What Did I Do Wrong?

I’ve done broccoli or cauliflower florets many times. Same as you did except I had it on steam for 0 min instead of high pressure. It’s always worked out great. Maybe that’s the difference?
 
Donyou have a steam function? I will never ever do broccoli in the IP unless it has steam. But honestly usually it's quicker and easier to just use my micro streamer or stove steamer
