How can you “add and subtract ingredients” and then put out a review on someone else’s recipe. When you do that it is no longer their recipe!

I made it recently and went right by the recipe. Everyone loved it. It makes a lot so I decided to freeze part of it for another day. If you didn't add the garlic & herbs Boursin, I think it wouldn't be as good. We also liked the medium shells.
