Homemade Apple Sauce Made Easy: No Peeling Required!

@stjohnswell Well, I've never had my homemade applesauce go bad because we eat it too quickly. Since you can make whatever quantity you want there's no need to have a big batch just sitting around in the fridge.
 
I do the same but don't add water. I rinse my apples and put in pot wet and that's enough moisture. Apple sauce is a little bit thicker.
A variety of apples is best.
