Do the peels come off and you take them out, or do the peels just mix up with the apples.

Does HP mean high pressure? If so, how do I know it’s on HP? My husband got me an IP for Christmas and I have not used it yet. Honestly, I’m scared. I have been watching videos and been apart of this IP community for sometime to gain some ideas and courage. But I’m at a lost because the one he got me is all touch screen, not a button kind.

@orthodox_presbyterian there is a button that says high pressure on it. I'm not sure I've ever used a low pressure function but I think it does exist.

@corrina98, okay. I will see if mine has high pressure on it. Do we just push high pressure after we shut it and it automatically does it’s thing for 5 mins with a quick release? Nothing else.

@orthodox_presbyterian with a quick release you'd turn the valve. NPR, is letting the little pin drop on its own.

@orthodox_presbyterian you have to change the time to 5min. (Usually starts at 30 min.) Then it will do it’s thing till it gets to pressure and time starts to count down. When beep sounds you can release pressure or let it naturally release XXX amount of time all the way, or few min. and the release, or release right away yourself.

What kind of immersion blender? I tried this recently but my blender didn’t quite take care of the peels so I’ve been peeling.
