Use the air fryer lid if you have one. If not, you'll need the minimum liquid for your pot and they won't be crispy. About 4 minutes under pressure. Or use the oven.
If you don’t have the air fryer lid, you could steam (without the seasoning) for a few min. Probably 5 would be good. And then sauté them with the herbs and some olive oil the rest of the way.
I don’t have an air fryer or the air fry lid, so I cook mine with regular lid on pressure cook, then use grill basket on BBQ, or oven at high temp, to crisp
