I began by using Saute and switching to Slow Cook. I began to get braver as I cooked.

This of it like an oven. How many accessories do you have for that: cookie sheets, casserole dishes, a roaster, oven mitts, trivets, cake pans...?

I use to buy a lot of regular cook books but never used them. Once Pinterest came around, I go to to the blogs, like Instant Pot Recipes (Amy + Jacky) & save the recipes that sound good. I've also saved some of Jeffrey's (JE) recipes too. You can even add a few notes to your self on the "pin" itself. I did Amy & Jacky's carnitas. First time I made it I used orange juice instead of an actual orange. It made it too sweet, so I added a note to use an actual orange.
