Adjusting Sausage and Shells Recipe for Larger Batches: Tips for Making 2.5-3 Pounds of Sausage

Save the extra sausage to add to the leftovers. That way there will still be some. Lol. Just sauté it and add it to the leftover pasta. 😉
 
That's one I haven't yet made though I want to! If I wanted more sausage I might just add more if it fits though when I do things like that I usually add the extras after pressure cooking. I do that often when adding chicken to a given Indian vegetarian recipe. If the sausage wouldn't fit, maybe brown it somewhere beforehand and add it after pressure cooking.
