I’m making Instant Pot Pulled Pork Tenderloin… after many times trying this, I found the way we love it
❤️

Recipe~ Cut pork in thirds (pieces)
Set to Sauté, HI…brown all sides.
Remove pork, Add 1 Cup Chicken broth, 3/4 Cup your fave bbq sauce,
3 TBSP. Apple cider vinegar, scrape bottom of pot.
Add pork tenderloin back to pot,
Set Pressure Cook mode-45 minutes
NPR-10 minutes, release remaining pressure. Remove from pot, using 2 forks, shred to your desired consistency. Thicken drippings with a cornstarch slurry, add to shredded pork to add more flavor! Enjoy!
I will post pics of the finished dish!

Laura Kruk Whaley you can use country style ribs or pork chops too - I do that for just the two of us and get just a small package, and you still get the fat which is where the flavor is at.

@iamacountnotasaint I know. I like the Boston butt much better. Slow cook in low oven for several hours to get the bark. I don't have a smoker or grill. Only two of us but I cook for company sometimes and like to have some to freeze.
