Perfect Eggs Every Time with the 5-5-5 Instant Pot Method!

What might be going on with my eggs? I used to do the 5-5-5 method with perfect success, but lately I peel one and find it isn’t done. I put back in the pot and do 2-5-5. Usually still not done, and I repeat. No steam is escaping from the pot during pressure time. Still has plenty of water in the pot after cooking. What might be the problem?
 
Isn't it curios how many methods there are? I do as many eggs as I want for 4 minutes with a quick release and right into cold tap water for a few. Dry them and into the fridge. Perfect.
 
Thank you everyone for your input on my FAILED brisket. I will definitely implement Dr Tesla suggested including replacing the gasket. 👍❤️
 
It's interesting how everyone has a different time formula. I just kept experimenting until I got the hard boiled texture and no gray/green around the yolk. For me it's 4-3-4.
