@gracesavedmess I use gluten free I find you have to eat it right away or the noodles absorb all the liquid

Every single time I make spaghetti with the instapot it taste likes spaghettiOs. I don’t hate it I just prefer an authentic taste.

Yes, I stopped cooking pasta the « old » way. But I generally use pasta like penne or orecchiette.

I don’t particularly like pasta, but my wife and daughter do. The last two pasta dishes I’ve made in the instant pot were thee absolute best I’ve ever had.

@axolotl, I really don’t know. Maybe because the pasta cooks in the sauce as opposed to water. I think we’ve made 3 different pasta dishes in it, including the lasagna and they were all great.
