Instant Pot 'Food Burn' Message Appearing Before Full Pressure – Any Solutions?

I have one that does this every time I make chili and spaghetti. I have one that never does it so I just make sure to use that one when doing those recipes.

If the cook is quite thick then preheat before pressure cooking: With lid off put on saute and bring cook to a gentle boil stirring all the time. Turn off saute, put the lid on and start the pressure cooking.

My 3qt IP tends to get burn notice. A little trick I use is that after sauté, I take the pot out and put on a wet cloth and cools it down a little before starting the pressure cook process. I got a set of new sealing rings too. Also, some recipes get burn no matter what. Hope it helps!
