Seeking Ideas for Feeding 35-40 People After Wedding Rehearsal at Remote Venue

I failed to mention that this venue is 2.5 hours from a city with Costco, chipotle, Olive Garden or hardly any restaurants that would deliver etc. It will be a bar of some sort......not sure what yet but for sure I will be taking both of my IP's.

ISO: ideas for feeding 35-40 people after a wedding rehearsal at the wedding venue. Full kitchen available. We will be going on to a drink/dessert cruise but feel like I should have food available? People will be staying here so I envision lots of movement, nor everyone sitting down at once. TIA

Costco trays of sandwiches/croissants, veggie/cheese/ fruit ...they have great selections. Would be an easy thing to transport.

We did taco meat, shredded Mexican beef and chicken, and carnitas. Very easy for sit down or walking around if seating is limited.

@templedweller91 this was my thought!! I’ve done this many times for a crowd! So easy! Boston butt roast season well, add one bottle of bbq sauce ( our favorite is sweet baby rays) pressure cook until fall off the bone tender . Shred! I’ve added onion and jalapeños at times
