I did a nacho bar for a crowd that size. It was a real hit. Taco meat in the IP……then tortilla chips with all the sides. I actually ran out of pounds of meat. Heavy duty paper plates and plastic forks. We had water, soda and an open bar.

I was going to say the same thing. You can prep them up ahead of time and wrap them up, so when you just need to unwrap everything. Maybe add the fruit at the last minute.

@cwalker02 One of the best things to eat before going on a boat is peanut butter. It will really help stop any sea sickness. But I can see where tacos is probably not the best ides.
