Seeking Ideas for Feeding 35-40 People After Wedding Rehearsal at Remote Venue

I like the charcuterie board idea. Other thought I'd order some Chinese food, lots of appetizers than a few regular dishes. Easy Peasy
 
 Make it easy have a butcher, sliver ham and put croissants out from Costco, mustard, mayonnaise, or salad dressing, chips and celery and carrots and you got it made not too expensive
 
Not sure the IP will help with my suggestion, but back in the day when I did catering this was always 1-2 bite items. Stuffed mushrooms, mini quiche, mini crab cakes... things like that. That way people can mill about, fine tune last minute details, chat with eachother, without having to carry a plate or sit at a table
