First thing I made in mine! Probably the best! Tonight i needed groceries, but at 30 below Celsius , I wasn’t heading out. I found a freezer-burned package of stewing beef in freezer. All I had was 3 potatoes, one carrot, one onion. Put all in instapot, garlic, beef stock, tomato sauce, salt and pepper, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, sealed it, said good luck. It was awesome! And I was going to toss the beef! Never give up on the Instantpot!
