The IPs with that has the inner pot with handles works the best. You have to shake or twist the pot to keep the kernels moving.

You do need to give the whole pot a shake a few times.

Use this same recipe but on the stop top in a big pot. It’s delicious

We use Pop Secret kernels and olive oil, saute on high. Wait for IP to show Hot, then put in oil and popcorn. Then put on glass lid and shake IP wearing hot pads. Popcorn comes out perfect.
