Success with Burnt Ends: Recipe and Tips Using Instant Pot and Air Fryer!

I'm trying right now with a pork shoulder blade cut up that's 6lbs ... stumped on timing because I don't want it to turn into pulled pork. Any ideas on how long? I see 15m/lb for pork shoulder but that's 95 mins!
 
@glennheath so good! I ended up doing 30 as the pot was almost full but texture is like a rib perfect tender but not falling apart!! We were also saying you could make a damn good mcrib sandwich with pickles onions and a buttered toasted bun 😋
