Oh, thank you. I have that mold & haven’t used it yet. I’ve sometimes made eggs like this in a non stick pan. I’m going to try this & use part whole eggs & part egg whites. I have recently had to go lower fat. Issues. Now I’m excited about this. So cute.

@saltlifemonster I wasn’t impressed either with the recipe I tried. It said steam not cook though, maybe that’s a big difference. Going to try these!

Can I ask where did you get your egg molds? I have a silicone one but they are significantly smaller and I am looking for the size you have-- thanks!---Whoops nevermind-- looked in comments and found it! Thanks

I have an old 6qt duo that I don’t think let’s you control the pressure. Or am I wrong?

Did you cover the mold with foil before cooking?

@zeru I used the silicone cover that came with the mold

@zeru If they're silicone they're okay to use. Some come with plastic covers and that type can't be used in the IP.

I just made these this morning and they were perfect. I used jalapeños instead of green peppers.
