First-Time Egg Bites Success: Quick and Easy Recipe for a Hit Event!

@sembarth929 everyone says high pressure makes them rubbery. I made these for a bridal brunch today and everyone loved them. I think low pressure is the key to fluffy eggs without adding all the dairy and cottage cheese.
 
Okay so I cook potatoes for 7 minutes. Is it because the eggs are done on low instead of high that there’s such a difference in times?
