This works great too in a muffin tin in the oven on 350 for 10-12 minutes. Always comes out fabulous.

@sembarth929 everyone says high pressure makes them rubbery. I made these for a bridal brunch today and everyone loved them. I think low pressure is the key to fluffy eggs without adding all the dairy and cottage cheese.
