I guess I would have to try it to be fair, but I find it exceedingly hard to believe that this creates the al dente pasta that I insist on.

@hroboatos I hate pasta that is even remotely overcooked. I have never had mushy spaghetti in the Instant Pot.

@hroboatos it was mush both times I tried it. And I aired on the side of caution doing the least amount of time possible. I don’t think IP and Al dente pasta can be said in the same sentence . I promised my husband I wouldn’t subject him to it again lol

@weiz oh wow ty I wanted this one? Question where I'm new at this. It says saute onions in the instapot. Now here comes the stupid question .
Do I put the lid on it, lock it then saute it that way? Or do I just saute it like I'd do on the stove?
