Deviled eggs are so versatile! You can make them savory or sweet depending upon the recipe/your taste preference. There are all sorts of recipes for them out there, so if you don't like one, just keep trying. Pinterest is always a good source for different recipes.
 
Depending on egg size. Larger ones I do 6-5-5. I put yolks in small food processor, then add in a bowl the yolks, Mayo, a little Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. I put mixture in ziplock bag. Cut hole in bottom of bag and pipe into whites. Parsley and paprika to garnish!
 
When I used the 5-5-5 method my yolks had a green ring around them. So tried 4-4-4 and they are perfect. Sometimes you’ve just got to experiment.
This recipe is my 97 year old mom’s. It’s simple but always requested by family and friends.
6 boiled eggs
Mix together and add to crumbled egg yolks:
1/4 c. Miracle whip
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp vinegar
Add a dash of salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with paprika.
